Bomb Party, usually known simply as BP, is an American jewellery brand built around the excitement of surprise reveals, limited collections, rare designs and the thrill of finding that one piece you’ve been hunting for.
Collections regularly feature rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and special limited-edition releases. Some designs are produced in relatively small numbers, while certain highly sought-after pieces become what collectors affectionately call “unicorns” — the pieces everyone wants to find.
Then, of course, there are the diamonds. Part of the excitement of BP is never quite knowing what might appear next, and that combination of jewellery, collecting, live reveals and limited releases has built a huge community of collectors.
And now the BP craze has well and truly found its way across the Atlantic.
So, what exactly is a BP destasher?
Once you start collecting BP, it doesn’t take long before you know exactly what you love. Certain colours. Certain stones. Certain settings. Particular collections. And, naturally, those elusive wishlist pieces.
That’s where destashing comes in.
A BP destasher helps collectors find and purchase specific revealed pieces rather than leaving everything to the surprise of a reveal.
At Steel Magnolias Bling, the jewellery offered for sale is brand new and unworn. Some pieces may already have been revealed or their packaging opened so the exact design can be identified, photographed and offered individually, but the jewellery itself is sold new.

Meet Aliya
Steel Magnolias Bling grew out of Aliya’s own love of Bomb Party.
Aliya is a BP collector herself and, like many collectors, eventually reached the point where it was time to reorganise her collection and move on some of the pieces she no longer needed.
After successfully destashing items from her own collection, she realised there was a much bigger opportunity.
BP collectors in the UK love the jewellery — but getting hold of particular pieces from America isn’t always straightforward.
Finding the right collection is one thing. Finding the right piece is another. Then there’s buying in the US, importing into the UK, shipping, waiting and trying to track down pieces that might have disappeared from normal availability altogether.
So Aliya decided to do the hard work for you.

Aliya keeps an eye out for current collections, older collections, sought-after designs, unicorns, hard-to-find pieces and, where available, even unreleased or upcoming items.
