These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Steel Magnolias Bling website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

Steel Magnolias Bling is an independent UK retailer specialising in brand-new and unworn Bomb Party jewellery sourced primarily from the United States.

Steel Magnolias Bling is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Bomb Party LLC.

2. Our Products

All jewellery sold by Steel Magnolias Bling is sold as brand new and unworn.

Because much of our stock consists of individually identified Bomb Party pieces, some products may previously have been revealed or their packaging opened for the purpose of identifying, inspecting, photographing or cataloguing the jewellery. This does not mean that the jewellery has been worn or previously used.

Each listing relates to the particular item, design, collection, size or variant described on the product page. Where photographs are of the actual item being sold, those photographs form part of the product description.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photographs, descriptions, sizes and other information are accurate. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's statutory rights where goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for their intended purpose.

3. Availability

Many BP pieces are produced as part of limited releases and may be difficult or impossible to replace. All products are therefore offered subject to availability.

Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted by Steel Magnolias Bling.

In the unlikely event that an item has been sold, damaged, incorrectly listed or is otherwise unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel that item and issue the appropriate refund.

4. Sourcing Requests

Steel Magnolias Bling may also help customers locate particular BP products. Requests to source a particular item do not guarantee that the item can be obtained.

Availability, condition, sourcing cost, delivery times and final selling price may vary considerably for rare, discontinued, limited, unicorn or unreleased products. Any price or availability provided before the item has been secured is indicative only unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

5. Prices and Payment

The price payable is the price displayed on the website at the time an order is submitted, together with any applicable delivery charge shown during checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT-registered and do not add VAT.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. If a material pricing error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before supplying the item and may cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the goods. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine stock error, pricing error, payment problem, suspected fraud, website malfunction or other legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.

7. Delivery

Online checkout is for UK delivery only. Orders will be sent to the delivery address supplied by the customer during checkout.

Royal Mail tracked postage is charged once per basket at the rate shown before payment. Smaller jewellery mailers use Large Letter rates; larger or boxed baskets use Small or Medium Parcel rates from the current Royal Mail UK tracked prices. Service names are not a guaranteed 24 or 48 hour arrival.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is complete and accurate. Any estimated dispatch or delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the order unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you. Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or another person nominated by them, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably practical after delivery. If an incorrect item has been supplied or there appears to be damage, a defect or discrepancy, please contact hello@steelmagnoliasbling.com.

Please include the order number and clear photographs where appropriate so the matter can be investigated promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

The Steel Magnolias Bling name, logo, website design, photographs and original website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party brand names, collection names and trademarks are used solely to identify genuine products offered for resale. Bomb Party and its associated trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steel Magnolias Bling will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed or for losses arising from use of the website for business or commercial purposes by a consumer purchaser.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions or our Returns Policy affects rights that customers have under applicable UK consumer law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable where they live.
